Personalized products are made to order and are generally final sale. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@puptwist.com with your order number and photos.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or refund. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.
